While learned his way up from small 26 room hotel operator from 2006 to gradually made his way up to multi real estate owner in Corpus Christi, Texas hospitality industry. His knowledge is spread out from hands-on operator to strategic investor. He has become a master of remodeling and operating profitable hotels that outperform the competition, Over the years he has deepened roots in developing relationships with top-tier brands including & Hilton. As well as he has expanded the mid-scale portfolio with Wyndham and Choice hotels.

KC is passionate about delivering results in a fast-paced, competitive industry. He lead with focus on both operator excellence and long-term sustainability, ensuring portfolio success in a rapidly evolving market. He also holds a tight grip in South Texas hospitality portfolio as well as strategic investments.

Kuntal Patel has been a founding member of Monarch Group Hotel and C&P Monarch LP. Kuntal combines a visionary leadership style with an operational expertise honed over 12 years of experience in managing diverse hotel and resort operations. Under Kuntal’s direction, many of the properties received excellent guest satisfaction scores and top inspection ratings, Her vision is to ensure all brand standards, staff training and compliance are kept up to date in entire portfolio. She brings a strategic, data-driven approach to overseeing day-to-day operations while fostering a culture of innovation, quality service and continues improvement.

She is also very versed about the latest available technology and automation that can increase staff productivity as well assist in hospitality guest convenience. Never shy to learn, try and introduce new technology to increase efficiency in the hospitality industry.

RUPAK PATEL

PRESIDENT – BANFF CONSTRUCTION

Rupak has comprehensive background. He is an Mechanical Engineer, graduate with honors from Texas A&M University. He has 17 years of experience managing Billon dollar plant construction projects and project management, He founded Banff construction after diverting from engineering career, now specialized in construction and remodeling for the hospitality industry. Rupak brings extensive expertise in managing complex, large-scale projects that elevate guest experiences through thoughtful design and precise execution. With a deep understanding of the unique demands of the hospitality sector, he lead the planning, design and renovation of hotels, resorts and other hospitality properties, ensuring that every project is completed on time, within budget and to the highest standards of quality.
