JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an Industrial Engineer to evaluate, design, and optimize operational systems, focusing on enhancing efficiency, guest satisfaction, and cost-effectiveness. This role will collaborate across departments, utilizing data-driven insights to streamline processes and contribute to remodeling projects that improve workflow and ergonomics for both staff and guests.

JOB OVERVIEW

  • Operational Analysis: Evaluate operations (front desk, housekeeping, guest services) to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
  • Process Optimization: Analyze data trends and conduct time studies to design efficient workflows and staff schedules. Propose strategies to improve inventory management, reduce waste, and enhance energy efficiency.
  • Facility Optimization: Collaborate on remodeling projects, using ergonomics and space optimization to design efficient layouts that improve staff productivity and guest experience.
  • Ergonomics: Apply ergonomic principles to redesign workspaces, reducing strain and increasing productivity.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with various departments to implement process improvements and training programs.
  • Continuous Improvement: Lead projects that introduce innovative solutions and sustainability initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in industrial engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
  • 7-10 years of industrial engineering experience.
  • Strong analytical skills in process design, ergonomics, and data analysis.
  • Proficient in project management and process mapping.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
